You’ll struggle to find a more refreshing dish than this!
With such a simple recipe concocted by the team at Fruit Information, you’ll end up with a tasty breakfast or dessert in no time.
You can really tailor it to suit your tastes too - because dragon fruit has a rather mild flavour, you can pair it with so many other fruits to create the smoothie, then top it with anything you like.
The mango really complements it though, creating a wonderful, fresh dish that you’ll love to serve to others.
Servings: 1 people
Cook time: 5 minutes
● 1 banana, chopped
● 1 cup mango, chopped
● 1 cup dragon fruit flesh, chopped
● 1/4 cup of coconut milk
● Toppings of your choice
Put the chopped banana, mango and dragon fruit in the freezer.
Once frozen, put them in a blender with the coconut milk and whizz until smooth.
Spoon the fruit mix into a bowl and garnish however you like. We suggest topping it with 1 sliced banana, 4 pieces of cubed dragon fruit, 1 tsp of chia seeds, 4 blackberries, 3 raspberries, 1 tbsp of sliced almonds, 1 tbsp of sunflower seeds and a mint leaf.
