Not only is it full of wonderful festive flavours, but it’s really quick to make, so you can spend more time enjoying the day with friends and family.
This recipe from Taste of Home makes a really great after-dinner treat or even a snack for people to nibble on throughout the day.

● 12 oz cranberries
● 3/4 cup of water
● 1/2 cup sugar
● 5 apples, diced
● 2 bananas, sliced
● 1 1/2 cups blueberries
● 11 oz mandarins
● 1 cup raspberries
● 3/4 cup strawberries
In a large saucepan, combine the sugar and water, and add in the cranberries. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, for around 15 minutes - until the berries pop.
Take it off the heat and allow the mixture to cool slightly.
In a large bowl, combine all the fruit.
Finally, add the cranberry mixture and stir everything gently. Put it in the fridge until you’re ready to serve.
