Grilled peaches recipe

It’s hard to find a dish more summery than grilled peaches!

A fab recipe from delish, they’re so fresh and easy to make. You’ll love how they taste too - grilling is a great way to bring out all the peach’s incredible flavours.

Finish them off perfectly by serving with ice cream, honey and even some flaky sea salt.

Ingredients

4 peaches, halved and pitted

1 tbsp vegetable oil

Ice cream, for serving

Honey, for serving

Preparation


  1. Warm the grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Brush the fruit with the oil, then place them on the grill cut-side down.

  3. Grill for 4 to 5 minutes.

  4. Flip the peaches, and put them skin-side down. Cook for another 4 to 6 minutes until they’re almost falling apart.

  5. We recommend drizzling them with honey and serving them with ice cream.



Tips

To store: We recommend eating these peaches straight away, but leftovers can be stored for later use. Once cool, put in an airtight container and keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.
