Grilled Pineapple

Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple, peeled, quartered and cored

  • 1 Lime juice only

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

Preparation


  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Put the pineapple in a bowl with the lime juice and brown sugar, and toss well.

  3. Put the pineapple pieces onto the grill.

  4. Cook for around 10 to 15 minutes, turning occasionally until you can easily put a knife into them.

To store: We recommend eating these pineapple pieces straightaway.
